    货代企业靠什么赚钱?(转)

          随着WTO后国家对航运的门槛放低了,导致我们不仅要和国内的小货代之间抢生意还要和国外的航运大鄂的物流公司抢市场。一些中型货代就很难生存,其财力不如大货代庄家,成本控制又不如那些小货代,自身的服务有无法去满足市场。

    很多都说FOB货多,所以我们的市场空间小,FOB货我们为什么不能做?FOB货难道我们货代就不能做了?我入行到现在就觉得很奇怪,大凡客人以为一说是FOB贸易条款,就可以拒我们于千里之外,因为这样我们没有运费差价可赚,这样我们就没有利润,但是我们货代是服务性行当,我们不是金融公司!

    我们赚的应该是服务费,不是简单的差价呀!我们只要能提供增值服务那么我们应该还是可以有市场的呀。再说回FOB,老外有购买力,国内厂家又怕麻烦,那么自然FOB条款大行其道,我想FOB货我们货代为什么就不能做呢?至少FOB货也要订舱吧,至少也要装箱上船吧!至少也要仓库内装及门/门运输和报关吧! 

    你说你指定了船公司,我是货代,至少一级货代就有能力去订舱要求船东做CC条款运价啊!你说你指定了货代那么无非是要他的一张HB/L而已啊!所以说真的要改变货代不好做的现状就是大家都赚服务费而不要在运价上挖空心思了。

    MAERSK从来不和别人比运价,他们运价几乎是全球统一终年不动只是调整附加费,但是从来没有听说他们因为别人抵制而被迫让利润。这个就是品牌,品牌是靠服务来塑造的。真的要规范的我看更多的应该是外贸企业的市场,老是压我们运价来肥自己的腰包,所以从来不看服务而看价钱,那里价钱低就往那里走,现在不少货代行当已经俨然成了外贸公司部分业务员的洗钱公司,这个还是货代么?我们是货代是个靠服务来赚取报酬的公司,我们现在的货代公司还不如一些报关行做的好呢,别人至少踏踏实实在赚服务费。

    从来没有人抱怨现在报关真难做啊。为什么呢?因为他们就是靠赚服务费的。市场上根本不竞争价钱,难道要到哪天全中国的货都必须用FOB条款出运的时候我们再回过头来强调服务么?
